What forms of payment do you accept? TOP


All orders will ship once cleared payment is received.

Will I be charged sales tax? TOP

Everything is included in the price listed.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped to USA only.

Will my online purchase be secure? TOP

Yes, once you select a payment option you will be transfered to a secure server to continue payment with paypal.

Will I be able to check the status of my order? TOP

You will receive an email notice with shipping details. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to see if your package has shipped.

What are my shipping options? TOP

We currently ship all packages via USPS (post office) first class mail. If you desire faster shipping service please contact us before you purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

Our turnaround time is 2 business days. It generally takes 2 business days for us to process orders and the remaining time will be the transit shipping time.
* First Class shipping will roughly take 6-10 business days to arrive to it's destination.
* Priority Mail shipping will roughly take 3-5 business days to arrive to it's destination. (extra fee applies to this shipping service and can be purchased located here)
Exclude Weekends and Holidays since they are not considered business days.

Can I put a rush on my order? TOP

Please email us before you place an order. You will need to receive details on how to place your order with rush service.

What is your return policy? TOP

Personalized, edible, samples, perishable items are non-returnable. All other items please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order for details on returns. Once the return is received we will email you with refund details. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in their original form and packaging. Returns must be received within 10 business days from the date the return was authorized.

What is your privacy policy? TOP

We are commited to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your information will be used responsibly and we respect your privacy. Personal information that we collect from you is used to help us contact you and is never sold or disclosed to outside parties. The only information that we will use of yours to contact you is your email and mailing addresses.

We are located on the East Coast

Will I receive a proof of my order via email? TOP

We currently only email proofs of invitations to our customers. All other items you may proofread before submitting the order.

I received my order and it has a mistake? TOP

Please contact us right away. If we made a mistake on your order we will gladly replace it no charge.
